HOW DO I START WITH abo-drive

Which conditions do I have to fullfill?

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license. The minimum age can also be higher for certain vehicles.

Do I have to pay an entry fee?

No, you can subscribe to your car with us without a deposit, entry fee or other initial costs. This means that you will not incur any additional costs at the beginning. In order to be able to drive your new car, you only pay the monthly subscription fee, the deposit and your fuel.

Which vehicles can I subscribe to with abo-drive?

We are currently in the process of integrating brands and cars into our platform. Simply subscribe to our newsletter and be informed when we have great new brands and vehicles on offer. Do you already have a very specific vehicle requirement? Then just write us a message and we’ll see what we can do for you. Our cars in the categories: micro, small car, sedan, station wagon, SUV, VAN, coupé / roadster, convertible, van are available for subscription – depending on the season and availability, of course.

What is included in the monthly fixed price?

Tax and insurance
Maintenance and repairs
TÜV
Motorway vignette (not valid for all countries)
tires suitable for the season

How long is the contract term?

This depends on the subscription model you have chosen.

How soon is my car available?

Your car is available within 10 working days. You can specify a preferred handover date in the booking process. The abo-drive partner will then agree the handover date with you in writing or by telephone. During this time, our abo-drive partner will prepare the car for you.

YOUR CAR

How do I get my vehicle?

Either you pick up your car directly from the dealer or you can arrange the delivery of your vehicle for an additional charge. The price for delivery is graded depending on the distance between the retailer and the destination address. You will receive the delivery prices from our abo-drive partner.

Vehicle return

You return your vehicle to the abo-drive partner from whom you picked it up at the beginning of your subscription. Of course, you could also book a pick-up for your car at an additional cost. The costs are calculated on the same basis as the delivery costs, i.e. based on the distance from your pick-up location to the abo-drive partner.

Who can drive the vehicle?

In addition to you, other drivers can be entered on the car. Of course, these people must be over the age of 18 and have a valid driver’s license. For commercial customers, of course, also employees with a valid driver’s license

INSURANCE AND DAMAGE

Is there a deductible?

Yes. The terms and conditions of the abo-drive partner apply. These are always specified with the vehicle and can vary from partner to partner.

DURING THE RUNTIME

What if I got a lightning bolt or got a parking ticket?

We will forward the documents received to the contact address you provided. For every traffic offense committed, our abo-drive partner charges a max. € 25.00 as a processing fee, as this incurs administrative costs.

How can I change my car?

You can change your car simply by phone or in writing. It is important here that the termination periods of the abo-drive partner are taken into account.

How often can I change my car?

After your booked contract period has expired, you can change your vehicle every month.
